Switch each one off or all off. Then to find out with one is causing this issue. Use eg: dolphin emulator to see your controller blinds and it won't show as virtual it's say eg:elite (the controller make you are using) The one that is causing this issue will make it change instantly. It would be best to check that the issue is the Joy-Con and not your Switch. To troubleshoot, try different Joy-Con to see if the issue persists. If not, take a look at the top backside of the Joy
